Farm Pride Foods Limited has reported a significant change in shareholding, with Bait of Bretts Pty Ltd ATF Willow Investments Trust increasing their voting power from 15.17% to 19.85% through purchasing shares on the market and converting a loan to equity, as per the latest notice dated 6 August 2024. The transactions included buying 663,433 ordinary shares and converting a loan into 8,350,000 ordinary shares, solidifying their position as a substantial holder in the company.
