Farm Pride Foods Ltd successfully raised $911,462.60 through a Rights Issue, offering new shares to support working capital and expand operations post-avian influenza recovery. The funds will also go towards capital expenditure and other necessities, with new shares issued to accepting shareholders and the remainder to be handled by underwriters.
