Director Malcolm Ward of Farm Pride Foods Ltd has increased his indirect stake in the company through participation in a non-renounceable Rights Issue, acquiring 1,616,603 additional shares at $0.10 each. This transaction, which occurred on August 23, 2024, raises his total holdings to 5,426,179 fully paid ordinary shares. The director’s trading activity fell within a period where trading required no prior clearance due to the company’s Security Dealing policy on rights issues.
