Far East Orchard Limited has announced a reshuffle in its Board and Board Committees following its Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 25, 2024. Key changes include the retirement of Mr Samuel Gene Rhee from various roles including Non-Executive Independent Director, and the appointment of Ms Ku Xian Hong as the new Chair of the Nominating Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Mr Chan Hon Chew may join as an Audit & Risk Committee Member post-AGM, pending re-election.
