Far East Hospitality Trust has announced significant changes to its leadership team, including the appointment of Mr. Quek See Tiat as an Independent Director and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Quek’s extensive experience in audit, corporate governance, and strategic planning is expected to contribute valuable insights to the Trust. The reconstituted board will feature a diverse range of expertise with five Independent Directors, one Executive Director, and a Non-Executive Chairman starting May 1, 2024.
