Far East Consortium International Limited has announced a final dividend of HK10.0 cents per share for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024, with the option for shareholders to receive the dividend as new shares or cash. Due to a tropical cyclone, the scrip dividend’s value has been calculated using the average closing price of the shares for the four trading days leading up to 9 September 2024, fixed at HK$1.0525 per share. Shareholders must decide and submit their choice by 4 October 2024; otherwise, they will automatically receive the dividend in the form of new shares.
