Fantasia Holdings Reports Substantial Revenue Drop

Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. (HK:1777) has released an update.

Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. reported a significant decrease in revenue by 59.2% and an increase in loss by 16.7% for the first half of 2024, compared to the same period last year, with a total loss of approximately RMB3.16 billion. The company’s land bank for ongoing and planned projects measures around 7.75 million square meters, while cost-cutting measures have reduced selling and distribution expenses by 19.2%. No interim dividend will be paid for the period.
