FansUnite Entertainment Inc. has successfully completed the sale of its subsidiary, Betting Hero, to Hero Group Corp. for US$37.5 million, resulting in a delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange scheduled for August 21, 2024. In a gesture of shareholder appreciation, FansUnite announces a C$26 million distribution to shareholders, with a payment of C$0.0725 per share on August 29, 2024.
