FansUnite Entertainment Inc. has announced the shareholder-approved sale of its subsidiary, FansUS, to Hero Group Corp. for US$37.5 million, with plans to distribute 90% of the net proceeds to its shareholders. Additionally, the company expects to voluntarily delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange by August 21, 2024, following the transaction’s expected completion on August 15, 2024.
