Fancl Projects Growth Despite Q1 Downturn, Halts Dividends

Fancl Corporation reported a decline in net sales, operating income, and net income for the first quarter of FY2025 compared to the same period last year, with significant percentage drops in key financial metrics. No dividends are forecasted for FY2025 as per the June 14 announcement, in line with the completion of a tender offer by Kirin Holdings. Despite the downturn, the company projects an increase in net sales and income for the remainder of the fiscal year.
