Fancamp Exploration Ltd. has finalized a deal to receive 1.6 million shares of Canadian Gold Resources, valued at about $830,000, as part of the sale of its Robidoux property mining claims in Quebec. This transaction aligns with Fancamp’s strategy to monetize non-core assets, and also grants them a 2% net smelter returns royalty. Canadian Gold plans to further explore the Robidoux property to enhance its resource potential.
