Fancamp Partners with Lode Gold for Mineral Development

Fancamp Exploration (TSE:FNC) has released an update.

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. has announced a strategic agreement with Lode Gold Resources to further develop their mineral properties in New Brunswick and Yukon through a joint venture and significant mutual investments. The partnership will create a new entity, owned equally by both companies, to expedite the exploration of these properties with a combined allocation of approximately $3.42 million for exploration activities. Fancamp’s investment in the venture will also secure them a 19.9% stake in Lode Gold’s subsidiary, Spin Co.
