Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. has announced the conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the second tranche of investment by Sheffield Holdings LP, adding 6,638,597 new shares at £0.06p each to their portfolio. This investment increases Sheffield Holdings LP’s stake in Falcon to 10.49% of the company’s total issued share capital. The new shares are expected to begin trading on the AIM market on 10 May 2024, and will rank equally with existing shares.
