Falcon Metals Ltd has announced a change in the holdings of director Mark Anthony Bennett, who has acquired 149,255 fully paid ordinary shares at a total value of $34,097 through an on-market trade. Following this transaction, Bennett’s total direct and indirect holdings have increased to 349,255 ordinary shares, alongside various unlisted options with varying expiry dates and exercise prices.
