Falcon Metals Ltd has disclosed a significant change in Director Katina Maria Ethel Law’s interests, involving an on-market acquisition of 67,281 fully paid ordinary shares valued at $10,429. Following this transaction, Law’s total holdings have increased to 70,000 shares, alongside 500,000 unlisted options with expiry dates in September 2026 and 2027, respectively.
