Falcon Gold Corp. has successfully completed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $30,000 through the issuance of 600,000 flow-through shares at $0.05 each. These funds are earmarked for the exploration and development of the company’s projects across British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland, and Quebec, with the aim to fulfill Canadian Exploration Expenses requirements.
