Falcon Gold Completes Oversubscribed Private Funding

Falcon Gold (TSE:FG) has released an update.

Falcon Gold Corp. has successfully completed the final phase of its oversubscribed private placement, raising $130,000 by offering 2.6 million units at $0.05 each. This closing is part of a larger initiative that has gathered total proceeds of $693,100, which will fund the exploration and development of the company’s projects across Canada, as well as bolster its general working capital.
