Fairwood Holdings Limited has announced supplemental information to its Annual Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, revealing that as of June 28, 2024, there are 12,795,278 shares available under the 2021 Share Option Scheme, or about 9.88% of total shares in issue. The options under this scheme can be secured with a HK$1.00 payment upon acceptance within 28 days from the offer date. No other changes to the Annual Report were mentioned.
