Fairwood Holdings Reports Strong Annual Growth

Fairwood Holdings (HK:0052) has released an update.

Fairwood Holdings Limited reported a significant increase in its annual profit for the year ended March 31, 2024, with a jump of 12.9% to HK$50.7 million, excluding government subsidies. The company’s revenue also grew by 3.7% to HK$3.136 billion, while maintaining a robust financial position with no bank borrowings and a healthy balance of HK$641 million in bank deposits and cash. A final dividend of HK30.0 cents per share was proposed, resulting in a total dividend payout ratio of approximately 105% for the year.
