Fairwood Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of HKD 0.3 per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2024, with shareholder approval set for 10 September and payments to commence on 3 October 2024. The ex-dividend date is scheduled for 13 September, and the company’s share register will close from 17 to 20 September for dividend entitlement determination.
