Fairview International Plc ( (GB:FIL) ) has shared an update.
Fairview International PLC, a Malaysia-headquartered International Baccalaureate-focused education group, operates two flagship private schools in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru and licenses its brand to additional schools in Malaysia and the UK. The group is expanding into scalable education services such as teacher training and hybrid learning to capture growing regional demand for high-quality, internationally recognised IB programmes.
For the six months to 31 December 2025, Fairview reported a 7% rise in revenue to £2.98 million and a 13% increase in gross profit to £1.59 million, supported by higher student fees, ancillary income and modest enrolment growth. The board is conducting a business review to enhance earnings from education IP and hybrid delivery, while a new partnership with Arts University Bournemouth aims to secure a pipeline of UK-trained teachers, and the Johor Bahru campus stands to benefit from the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, potentially strengthening both operations and property-related opportunities.
