Fairview International Plc ( (GB:FIL) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Fairview International PLC, an International Baccalaureate-focused school operator based in Malaysia, reported solid interim results for the six months to 31 December 2025, with revenue up 7.1% to £2.98 million and profit before tax more than doubling to £1.22 million. Student numbers rose 1.8% to 723 across its two campuses despite typical mid-year churn, while gross margin widened to 53.3%, reflecting operating leverage as enrolment grows.
Operationally, Fairview is leveraging its strong academic performance, including a top-100 global IB ranking for its Kuala Lumpur campus for the sixth consecutive year, to boost marketing traction across Malaysia and Asia Pacific. The Group is exploring expansion of its Malaysian premises, property development opportunities at Johor Bahru linked to the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, and deeper UK university partnerships to secure a pipeline of trained teachers and evolve into a scalable international education platform.
Management highlighted that the company’s London listing is enhancing visibility and credibility, supporting student recruitment and strategic growth initiatives. With campuses operating below capacity and rising regional demand for international education and the IB curriculum, Fairview is positioning itself to grow both through higher on-campus enrolments and through monetising its educational IP, hybrid delivery capabilities, and teacher development pathways.
