Fairchild Gold Corp Finalizes Acquisition and Funding

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSE:FAIR) has released an update.

Fairchild Gold Corp. has formally closed the acquisition of Goodsprings Exploration LLC and is launching a private placement to raise $300,000. The acquisition will be funded through a non-convertible senior secured debt, and the private placement consists of units combining common shares and purchase warrants. Proceeds from the offering will be allocated towards project expenses and general working capital.
