Fairchild Gold Corp. Closes Oversubscribed Private Placement

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSE:FAIR) has released an update.

Fairchild Gold Corp. has successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $303,000 by issuing over 10 million units at $0.03 each, to fund its Fairchild Lake Property and for general capital purposes. The units comprise of common shares and warrants, with the warrants being exercisable into additional common shares at $0.10 for the next three years, subject to an acceleration clause.
