Fagron NV, a Belgian pharmaceutical company, announced that AOC Pharma S.à r.l. now indirectly controls 11.06% of its voting rights without crossing a notification threshold. The change came after a restructuring in the chain of control within AOC Pharma, with Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS managing the voting rights and ultimately controlled by Active Ownership Group Ltd. Fagron, listed on Euronext Brussels and Amsterdam, specializes in pharmaceutical compounding and operates in over 30 countries.
