Facephi Biometria S.A. has announced an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting to be held on August 19, 2024, with a key agenda item being a capital increase through the issue of new shares and an amendment of the Articles of Association. Shareholders have the right to access relevant reports and ask questions both in writing prior to the meeting and verbally during the meeting.
