Fabrinet’s Compensation Committee has rolled out an executive incentive plan for fiscal 2025 to drive performance towards financial milestones, offering significant cash bonuses and salary hikes for top executives. Executives stand to earn up to 120% of their target bonuses based on revenue and non-GAAP operating margin achievements. Additionally, they are set to receive restricted share units and performance-based equity awards that vest over time or upon meeting elevated financial targets.
