Fabrinet has appointed Forbes I.J. Alexander, a seasoned leader with extensive financial expertise, to its Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. Alexander’s impressive background includes founding Steadfast Partners LLP, executive roles at Jabil Inc, and board positions at McDermott International, Inc. and Chicago Bridge & Iron Company. His addition is expected to bolster the company’s governance with his wealth of experience from various finance roles across the tech and manufacturing sectors. Alexander’s compensation aligns with Fabrinet’s policy for non-employee directors, and he will also be granted a standard indemnification agreement.
