F3 Uranium Corp. has increased their private placement to C$7 million due to high investor interest, offering 17.5 million flow-through units for charity at C$0.40 each. The company also provides an over-allotment option for additional units, with the proceeds aimed at funding exploration in the Athabasca Basin.
