F3 Uranium Corp. has increased their private placement to C$7 million due to high investor interest, offering 17.5 million flow-through units for charity at C$0.40 each. The company also provides an over-allotment option for additional units, with the proceeds aimed at funding exploration in the Athabasca Basin. The offering is expected to close by October 31, 2024, with certain units available under Canadian securities legislation.
