River Capital Pty Ltd, acting as trustee for the River Capital Embedded Network Trust, has announced a second extension to its takeover offer for Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited. The offer, which is now wholly unconditional and free from all defeating conditions, will remain open until 7.00pm AEST on 26 July 2024. LPE shareholders who have yet to accept the offer will be notified of the extension.
