Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited has announced a further extension of the placing period for Modern Living Investments Holdings Limited shares, now set to conclude on 31 October 2024. The extension, agreed upon by Chun Wo Overseas and the Placing Agent, is due to the Placees requiring more time for funding arrangements. Trading of Modern Living shares remains suspended until the minimum public float requirement is met, with resumption anticipated post-completion of the placement and necessary announcements.
