Exscientia Plc has committed to an irrevocable undertaking favoring the acquisition of its issued and to-be-issued share capital by Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The agreement includes strict terms ensuring Exscientia’s shareholders will not entertain other offers and will vote in support of the acquisition.
