Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.
Exor’s net asset value (NAV) reached €38.3 billion as of June 30, 2024, marking a €2.9 billion increase in the first half of the year, with strong contributions from Ferrari, Philips, and Lingotto Funds. The company has reported robust cash flow with €1.5 billion in dividends and asset disposals, and a disciplined capital allocation with €1.1 billion invested in companies, investments, and share buybacks. Additionally, Exor’s net debt decreased to €3.7 billion from €4.0 billion at the start of the year, reflecting a healthy loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 9%.
