Exor Nears Completion of €82M Share Buyback

Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.

Exor N.V. has nearly completed the second tranche of its share buyback program, with a total of €82 million spent on 845,778 ordinary shares to date. The purchases took place across several European exchanges, with the company now holding 6,970,249 ordinary shares, or 3.15% of its issued share capital, in treasury.
