Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.
Exor N.V. has successfully executed the second tranche of its €125 million share buyback program, purchasing a total of 549,604 ordinary shares for approximately €53 million. As of 9 September 2024, Exor holds 6,674,075 ordinary shares in treasury, representing 3.02% of its issued share capital.
