Exor Completes €107M Share Buyback Tranche

Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.

Exor N.V. has reported the completion of the second tranche of its share buyback program on various European exchanges, investing approximately €107 million to repurchase 1,098,080 ordinary shares. After these transactions, Exor now holds 7,183,924 ordinary shares in treasury, which equates to 3.25% of its total issued share capital.
