Exor (EXXRF) has released an update.
Exor N.V. has completed a significant portion of its €125 million share buyback program, investing approximately €68 million to purchase 696,766 ordinary shares. This activity, which took place across various European exchanges, represents 0.95% of the total issued share capital. As a consequence of these transactions, Exor now holds 3.09% of its ordinary shares in treasury as of 16 September 2024.
