ExGen Resources Inc. has announced the resignation of long-serving director Dennis Thomas, effective October 6th, 2023, as he moves to focus on personal interests. Thomas, instrumental in the development of ExGen’s stake in the Empire Mine Project, will continue his involvement through the advisory board of project partner Phoenix Copper Limited. ExGen, a project accelerator with a diversified portfolio across North America, remains focused on reducing risks while maintaining potential for new discoveries and cash flow.
