China Overseas Land & Investment Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. Luo Liang, who has served as an Executive Director since 2007, effective from 29 August 2024. Mr. Luo’s departure includes stepping down from his roles as Vice Chairman, member of the Executive and Corporate Governance Committees, and as an authorised representative. Mr. Guo Guanghui will succeed him as the authorised representative upon Mr. Luo’s retirement.
