China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Ma Mingwei, an executive director, due to retirement, effective 29 September 2024. The company’s Board remains above the statutory minimum quorum and operations continue unaffected. Concurrently, Mr. Li Xinsheng has been appointed as the new deputy general manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous high-level roles within the industry.
