Limited has announced the departure of Mr. CHEN Yinglong from his roles as executive Director, chairman of the Board, and acting president due to changes in his work arrangements. The company has expressed its appreciation for Mr. CHEN’s contributions and confirmed there are no disagreements or unresolved issues related to his resignation. Furthermore, Mr. YANG Jun and Mr. LI Hongjian have been appointed as executive Directors, with their roles and remuneration governed by the company’s policies and subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting.
