China State Construction Development Holdings Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. Wu Mingqing as an Executive Director, effective from 1 August 2024. Mr. Wu will also step down from his roles as Vice Chairman and member of various Board committees, with Mr. Zhu Haiming taking over his committee positions. The Board has expressed gratitude to Mr. Wu for his contributions and has appointed Mr. Zhu as the new authorised representative for the Company.
