Excite Technology Services Limited announces a $1 million investment from Belgravia Group via convertible notes, with the possibility of an additional $1 million investment. These funds will support the strategic acquisition of CBIT Digital Forensic Services, aiming to make Excite a leader in digital forensics and incident response in Australia. The deal includes an interest rate of 10% p.a., and the conversion of notes to shares is subject to shareholder approval.
