Excite Technology Services Limited has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on August 23, where it will present its annual financial statements and address resolutions including the adoption of the Remuneration Report, re-election of Director Steven Bliim, approval of a 10% placement facility, appointment of a new auditor, and ratification of a prior share issue. Shareholders will also consider the adoption of the Excite Performance Rights Plan for employee incentives.
