Exchange Income ( (TSE:EIF) ) just unveiled an update.

Exchange Income Corporation has closed a $600 million private placement of 4.324% senior unsecured notes due March 13, 2031, rated BBB (low) with a stable trend by Morningstar DBRS. The proceeds will be used to repay credit facility indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, including supporting future growth initiatives.

Management said the inaugural investment grade bond issue enhances liquidity and modernizes the capital structure by replacing previously redeemed convertible debentures with fixed-rate capital. The transaction, which was materially oversubscribed, is expected to keep the company’s pro forma leverage at 15‑year lows, underscoring investor confidence and strengthening EIC’s financial flexibility for organic growth and acquisitions.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:EIF) stock is a Buy with a C$129.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Exchange Income stock, see the TSE:EIF Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on TSE:EIF Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, TSE:EIF is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong technical momentum and a very constructive earnings call (upbeat 2026 guidance bias and improved credit/capital-structure position). Offsetting these positives are middling financial quality due to leverage and persistently negative free cash flow, plus a valuation headwind from the elevated P/E despite a moderate dividend yield.
