Voyageur Mineral Explorers ( (TSE:EVR) ) has provided an update.
Evolve Royalties has signed a definitive agreement with an Orion-managed fund to acquire a sliding-scale gross revenue royalty on the producing Uis Tin-Tantalum Mine in Namibia for $32.5 million, paid in cash and shares. The deal adds exposure to a modern, long-life open-pit operation in an established jurisdiction and is fully financed by Evolve.
The Uis royalty is expected to deliver meaningful, near-term cash flow from 2026 and diversify Evolve’s copper-focused portfolio with significant leverage to the tightening global tin market. With tin demand rising from electronics, AI infrastructure, electric vehicles, and solar, and supply constrained, the transaction positions Evolve as one of the few listed royalty companies with substantial tin exposure.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:EVR) stock is a Hold with a C$3.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Voyageur Mineral Explorers stock, see the TSE:EVR Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on TSE:EVR Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, TSE:EVR is a Neutral.
The score is primarily held back by weak financial performance (no revenue, ongoing losses, and negative free cash flow) and an unhelpful negative P/E with no dividend support. These are partly offset by a debt-free balance sheet and improving loss/cash-burn trends, along with favorable technical momentum with the price above key moving averages.
