Evolve Education Group Ltd invites shareholders to appoint proxies for the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 11:00 am on Tuesday, 04 June 2024, at the Southport Yacht Club. Shareholders can authorize the Chairman to vote on their behalf, particularly on key resolutions such as the re-election of Director Mr. Hamish Stevens and the adoption of the Remuneration Report.
