Evolution Mining Director’s Shares Increase

Evolution Mining Limited (AU:EVN) has released an update.

Evolution Mining Limited has reported a change in the holdings of its director, Lawrie Conway. Conway’s direct and indirect interest in the company has increased due to the vesting of Performance Rights awarded in the 2022 financial year, resulting in 197,702 additional fully paid ordinary shares, bringing the total to 1,768,807 shares held. There were no disposals reported, and the change did not involve any contracts.
