Evolution Energy Minerals has appointed experienced corporate lawyer John Kay as company secretary effective 1 April 2026, following the resignation of the previous holder of the role. Kay, who has more than 18 years’ experience in equity capital markets, M&A and resources across Australia and the UK, will also be responsible for the company’s communications with the ASX.

The company has also relocated its registered office to new premises on St Georges Terrace in Perth, a move that may signal a consolidation of its corporate functions as it advances its African graphite and copper projects. These changes underscore an effort to strengthen corporate governance and market engagement as Evolution positions its assets to benefit from demand linked to the global energy transition.
