In a strategic corporate move, Anne de Kerckhove, Senior Independent Director of Evoke PLC, has been named the Independent Non-Executive Chair of The Pebble Group Plc. Her new role, effective from September 9, 2024, will also include chairing its Nomination Committee and participating in both Audit and Remuneration Committees.
